Hi, I’m Natalie, the founder of Out of The Box HR.

After nearly a decade working in human resources, I’ve seen firsthand how much small and mid-sized businesses struggle with HR. Leaders want to build great teams, but they often don’t have the time, tools, or expertise to manage all the moving parts—from compliance and onboarding to performance management and culture-building.
